Polypropylene (PP) is a strong, high performing thermoplastic that’s widely used in multiple industries, as it's one of the most common, versatile polymers.

Recycled PP pellets make the perfect alternative to virgin polymers. Cost effective but without compromising on quality, our recycled PP grades deliver similar properties to virgin.

Our high-tech polyolefin purification process cleans and sorts polypropylene waste from our automotive and electronic feed, before it’s compounded into the grade of recycled plastic pellets you require – for both general use and specialised applications.

We can also develop custom grades of recycled polypropylene, incorporating specific properties that you may require.

Uses for Recycled PP

Strong, flexible recycled propylene has a huge range of uses, from automotive parts to cable ducts, totes, crates, pallets, paint pots, kegs and single and multiple use commercial and domestic containers.

Our grades offer a combination of strength, stiffness and toughness. We offer a wide range of  melt flow grades to suit every application.

Buying from MBA Polymers UK

Whichever grade of recycled PP you require, we’ll make sure it’s fully tested to the highest quality standards.

Because all our recycled polymers go through hourly testing procedures you can be certain you will receive products of a high and consistent quality.

You can be sure of a sustainable supply of PP product too. Because we are part of the EMR Group we have a regular and substantial supply of raw materials.

All our products are REACH and RoSH compliant and each batch is tested to a defined specification with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided if required.
